This program aims to provide an international academic experience for students by engaging lecturers from both institutions in a shared teaching environment. The ITT program serves as a platform for knowledge exchange, fostering international collaboration and enhancing global competency among students and faculty members.<\/p>\n<p>This program is implemented as part of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between UIN SAIZU and its partner institutions. For universities that have already established an MoU with UIN SAIZU, ITT serves as one of the tangible outcomes of the agreement. Additionally, for institutions that have not yet formalized an MoU, ITT can function as an initial step toward collaboration before signing an official agreement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To facilitate academic collaboration between UIN SAIZU and partner universities through joint teaching initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>To provide students with exposure to diverse academic perspectives and teaching methodologies.<\/li>\n<li>To strengthen intercultural understanding and cooperation among faculty members and students.<\/li>\n<li>To enhance the quality of education through shared expertise and resources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Implementation Guidelines<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ITT program is conducted online via Zoom or other mutually agreed platforms, ensuring accessibility for all participants.<\/li>\n<li>Each participating course will feature <strong>one joint session per semester<\/strong> as part of this program.<\/li>\n<li>There are two options for the implementation format:\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Joint Class Session:<\/strong> Lecturers and students from both UIN SAIZU and the partner university attend the same class session simultaneously. The session will be conducted collaboratively in a subject taught by both institutions, fostering a real-time exchange of ideas and discussion.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Guest Lecture Exchange:<\/strong> A lecturer from the partner university delivers a lecture in a class managed by a UIN SAIZU lecturer, and vice versa. Each lecturer will have an opportunity to teach one session in the other institution&#8217;s class, enriching students with global academic insights.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>The schedule for the sessions will be determined through mutual agreement between the participating lecturers from both institutions to accommodate time zone differences and academic schedules.<\/li>\n<li>All participating lecturers will be encouraged to provide pre-session reading materials or assignments to optimize student engagement.<\/li>\n<li>A feedback mechanism will be established to assess the effectiveness of each session and gather input for future improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Recognition and Compensation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Upon completion of their participation in the ITT program, UIN SAIZU issue a formal Recognition Certificate or Letter to partner university lecturers as an acknowledgment of their contribution.
