How to become part of Uin Saizu Purwokerto?

 

 

Visa & Immigration

For those of you who plan to study in Indonesian territory, you are required to apply for a visa after being declared accepted as an international student at UIN SAIZU. Things you need to pay attention to before applying for a visa, you must attach a study permit as well a Letter of Acceptance and Letter of Guarantee.

 

Entry Regulation: International students are required to apply for a study permit as one of the conditions for becoming a student for those who will take part in internal scholarship study programs and independent study programs. Immigration matters are a little complicated, the following guidelines will serve as reference material in the process of applying for a study permit. If you experience difficulties, you can come to our office and we will recommend processing your immigration documents at your own expense. You can find complete information regarding immigration on the Directorate General of Immigration website.

  1. How to Apply? (Undergraduate Program)

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Eligible candidates:
  • Secondary school/senior high school education graduates
  • Have excellent study results
  • Not holders of any other scholarships or grants (if you apply to our scholarship program)
  • Proficiency in English or Arabic

 

Required Documents:

 

  • Scan of graduation certificate and academic transcript (please provide the official translation documents in English)
  • Scan of passport’s identity page
  • Health statement
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Motivation letter
  • Language proficiency certificate (English/Indonesian Language)
  • English proficiency test score: a minimum requirement of B1 level or equivalent to a TOEFL score of 500, an IELTS score of 5 or Duolingo score 75-80
  • Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is equivalent to level 4 (Madya; a score of 482 or above) of the Test of Indonesian Language Proficiency/Uji Kemahiran Bahasa Indonesia (UKBI) (if any)
  • Letter of financial commitment
  • Declaration to obey the Indonesian law, not to work, and marry during study
  • Official-size passport photograph with a red background size 3×4 cm

 

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

 

  • APPLY: Choose International Admission -> Select study programs for your study options -> Understand and prepare all requirements -> Apply Now, fill in all required data and documents to be uploaded.
  • MONITOR and VERIFY: All registration progress will be informed via email (masukkan email IO). You can also ask questions about the program through contact the email.
  • INTERVIEW: If you pass the administrative selection you will proceed to the interview test. The interview will be scheduled by the UIN SAIZU team.
  • ACCEPT: Receive the letter of admission and study agreement to be signed and sent to your email.
  • ENROL: Be enrolled at UIN SAIZU; You will be added to the official WA group of new international students of UIN SAIZU as a means of communication and preparation for departure.
  • PREPARE: Prepare your departure to Indonesia and join the orientation programs.
